You can't unless you pop it, and you don't want to do that. It may hurt and get infected. Put a band-aid over it and wait for it to pop on its own. Then keep neosporin on it until it heals.

Some people pop their blisters, but that is too risky of infection and if you get inifected then it will be even worse with pain and further complications.
Just protect it the best you can and wait for it to heal. And do anything that will keep on aggrevating it - like, keep walking on it .

This always makes my blisters feel bettter: I take a sterile needle and puncture the blister, then I let the fluid drain out. DO NOT remove the skin. In a day or so it will dry out so you can peel it off and it won't hurt. This always makes mine feel better no matter where they are.

Use a bandiad on it with some antibiotic cream until it heals

Take the bandage off at night so it gets air

You should try surrounding it with something to cushion it, like bandaid. You form those from uneven wear on your feet/hands.
