Especially in the morning when I wake up, the second time I spit is always the time I spit out blood. I look at my mouth and always see the same teeth's gums where the blood come out.

Other time too, bloods just come out without reason.

I dont have insurance, no family doctor. I only have charity care in the public hospital nearby but they dont cover dental stuff.
I need to know where and how to do to help my gum problem, as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.

You have gingivitis I used to have a very mild form of it. I got ride of it by using mouth wash and switching toothpastes to colgate total.

congratulations!! it sounds like you have phase I of periodontal problem (gum disease). gingivitis sounds like the culprit. i am not a dentist, but work for a dental insurance company and know that brushing (with a soft bristle toothbrush) and using toothpaste approved by the ADA (American Dental Association), twice a day helps keep. Also, flossing definately helps; do that twice a day. Also, use mouthwash (Listerine is really good). There are people that I know that have done the this same thing for at least a month and their gums are looking normal (no swelling). Not only will you (hopefully) stop bleeding, no swelling of the gums (which means infection), you can also save your teeth (in the long run). People with gum disease tend to loose teeth later on (or not so later on) in life.
.
Good Luck!!

Usually bleeding gums is due to poor oral hygiene, the plaque(bacteria) that grows in your mouth. The bacteria cause inflammation of your gums, causing them to bleed(gingivitis)! Brushing at least twice daily and flossing once a day is your best bet to get your gums to stop bleeding(may take some time for this to happen but keep it up) and keep them from bleeding!Unfortunately if you don't get the gingivitis under control this may lead to periodontal disease. Which is the progression of gingivitis into the bone and can cause bone loss around the tooth! If you do get the chance try and see a dentist.

brush with Colgate total and then brush again with antiseptic mouthwash...aggressively brushing the mouthwash against the gums...do this every day at least once and more often if possible
