That's a hard, and even vague, question. Both questions will get numerous answers, depending upon how the person answering the questions beleives.
My own opinion, I think that the term "God" is very general, and is almost like a blanket (in other words, it's not an actual name, so it covers anyone who would fall under that category, right?). I don't know how many gods are in charge--a million, one, or zero...I won't know with 100% certainty until I'm dead unfortunately--no one can say for sure without actually seeing what happens next (if anything). The best answer I can give you is this: Beleive what feels right in your heart.... and there's no need to seek approval from anyone else.
If you would like to see how different religions veiw misc. things, go to http://www.beleifnet.com and browse around some. You might actually be suprised by how similar many religions are in their beleif systems... Best of luck!!

No. There is only one path to God. At Matt.7:13, 14, Jesus gave an illustration of two roads--one wide, the other narrow. Many people were on the wide road that was leading to destruction. The narrow road only had a few on it, and it was leading to life. The point of the illustration was to show that of all the people who claimed to be worshiping God, only a few were actually doing it.

I'm at the Library, while my good wife is making Thanksgiving Dinner, how dare you question the Amish. Hey my child, God Answers Prayers but only to those that are true to him. If you submit to the Power Companies and Join the Service to Kill People you will go to Hell. God will only Save the Christians that don't give into Society, The Evil Rock Music, the Computer, Electricity. Use only natural things of God, No Dishwashers, no Irons. etc. Only Amish will meet God. I pray for you

LOL funny joke. But there's onlyone way to heaven. I would quote the bible except im not sure the passage. Here it though Jesus (pbuh)
"I am the way the truth and the light NO ONE goes to the Father except THROUGH ME." Only Jesus can take you to heaven.
Also Ephesians 2: 8-9 and John 3:16 this is how to get to heaven.

Our Lord Jesus answered this query when he spoke: " no one comes to the Father , except through Me".
" I am the Way, the Truth & the Life. He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life.
Our Lord was explicit on this query. Many other quotes are possible. but this is enough for your question.

As far as the path to God is concerned - you'll never know cause your still on a horse carrying a torch dancing around a cross with hate in your heart...I may not know exactly where the path is but I sure know where it isnt!
Why are KKK members such bad drivers?
They wear sheets on their heads...

No there is only one path to God. You must walk your own path and find your way to God.
The other paths are reserved for other people. Each person has his own path to walk. You have only one.....although a zig zag course seems to be your choice.
Good luck with the path that you have chosen.
