The Wine Establishment on the Esplanade in Toronto ususally has all the necessary glassses for these requirements- I would recommend Riedel, Speigelau, or Schwann Sweizel, most of which are available in most high end stores but the Establishment is the best source- if you cannot find it in the Phone book look for The Wine Establisnment -Canada on google

The main thing here is that they are of a lead free crystal and of uniform size so as to maintain a uniform tasting experience. Be careful on e-bay and at auction as they may not be ISO and could be of an older model and contain lead.
You might want to contact a local cooking school (Cordon Blu or CIA) for a local supplier.
