likely Saddam but no one knows really, Its speculation and Americans always like to portray themselves in the positive light. however one thing the people saying Saddam are forgetting is that he was in power and did have 20 years plus. to kill everyone he killed
The states have only been there for 4 years 4 goes into 20 5 times So do the math. If the states are there for 20 years at the way they have handled the war. By the time that the Americans relinquish control in 20 years how many would have died as a result of that war. In other words I would think per ca-pita the states by far.

The Iran-Iraq war which began in 1980 had heavy casualties on both sides of the line. According to the link, Iran lost about 500,000 people in the war.
The current Iraq situation has casualties according to the second link is around 50,000-60,000.
So Saddam killed more during the Iran-Iraq war. Unfortunately, some of that blood is on America's hands as well but it was well before the time of Bush Jr.

Sadam did by far not to mention the children he raped and maimed for life that he tortured because their parents didnt agree with his politics.
Superfox;I could not respond to your email as your address has not been confirmed, however the sources you ask for is our United States Military, not arm chair idiots that hate this administration and our troops.I have the most reliable source. But it appears that you may be one of the Bush and troop haters so it doesnt matter much to you what the facts are,all that matters is the hatred.

Sadam is not a "what", he is a mass murderer and has ordered mass murders of people in his own country.
Only "Bush" haters will say "Bush".
No one likes war, and no matter who is in office, no one likes it or wants it.
On the other hand, Sadam just "liked" to kill.

Bush and the United States, by far! More people were killed the past 2 days than Saddam was being tried for! We killed more than he did before we went to war with our blockades where 1/2 Million children 5 and under died of starvation!
The irony is, if people in this country rebelled against the government, what do you thing Bush would do?
