I've never heard of a dog "poppin" before, what does this mean?

when he poops on the couch IMMEDIATELY take him out side and say in a scolding tone BAD. I'm guessing that you have already tried this without success. So, another thing that you can try is to put paper/cardboard over the cushion that the dog is pooping on. This will hopefully make the smell less strong, which may be part of the problem. I think that there are sprays that you can put on an area to make the smell go away as well. I'm not talking about just any cleaner, because dogs have an awesome sense of smell.

I would suggest that you need to take out your dog more often or trying crate training him,,,, you buy a crate just big enough for him to stand up in and turn around that way your dog wont go to the corner of the crate and go poop or pee and move away from it put him in there when you cant watch him,,, when you go to bed make shure take out the dog to go potty and then put him the crate and then as soon as you get up then take the dog out side,,, and after he eats take him out,, everytime you leave to go to work or run errons put the dog in the crate but make sure you take the dog out to potty before and then as soon as you get back this the best way to potty train a dog,,,, I hope this helps and good luck and Happy Thanksgiving
