* Aloe Vera juice applied twice a day can greatly help in healing of the scars of the acne.

* Blend the cucumber into a paste and apply it on the affected area. Leave it for 30 to 45 minutes and then wash it off.

* Paste of sandalwood (chandan) powder with black gram (masoor) dal can be used on facial skin to treat the acne. Keep it overnight and wash it with cold water the next day.

* Rub raw garlic on the affected skin several times a day, it will help to remove the scars. Chronic forms of acne are also healed by this method.

* Juice of raw papaya (including the skin and seed) can also be applied on swelling pimples.

Good Day !!

You can substitute chocolate for dried fruit and avoid hot foods. If you have sensitive skin you should take the time to find out what works for it. I have used proactive for a while, but after a few months, it made my very sensitive skin worse. There is a few basic remedies that I use to keep my face happy.Stay away from any creams that promise you miracles. The more natural products you use, the better. 1. Clean your face with a mild soap. Wipe off with a small wet hot towel. Feels delicious :) 2. Buy an aloe vera plant. You cut a piece of the "leaf" about 1-2 inches, cut the piece sidewise, and use the inner juicy side to moisten your face all around. It will dry very soon and you leave that on instead of using a cream. This works miracles. 3. Once a week, do a clay mask. You can find Indian clay at any health foods store. Take about a half a spoon of it and mix with a spoon of water. You can put a few drops of aloe extract oil. It should be thick enough to put on your face. When it tries, wash it off by using the wet towel. 4. I am using Burt's Bee facial cream. It has worked very well. 5. A rule of thumb when buying facial products: anything that smells like fruit, veggies, herb, earth is good for your skin. Avoid perfume-scented products because they are likely to have more chemicals and preservatives that will ruin your skin.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Tea Tree Oil is wonderful for the regular under the skin pimples. Sold in health food stores. Sometimes you can feel one coming up and a little dab of it...never comes up!!! Until you get that you can dab some minty crest toothpaste on it...that helps sometimes.

Toothpaste can dry out the pimple, and another trick that someone showed me a long time ago is to use mouthwash as an astringent. Crazy as it sounds to use this, it really works.

One good thing that works is to put toothpaste on the pimple before you go to bed. Also alcohol will dry out the pimples too. The bad thing is that alcohol will dry your skin. Good luck

An easy and simple remedy, dab a small dot of toothpaste on the affected area and let it dry overnight. BOOM--gone in the morning, or it will at least dry it up some

Buy a BIG bag of seedless raisins. Boil a large handful in the morning and again at night. Eat them.

Your skin will clear up very quickly. Part of the reason is a very bioavailable form of iron in the raisins but there are other contributing factors as well.

I like to cool the raisins in the fridge before I eat them or sometimes I add them (always boiled first) to my rolled oats in the morning.
