I've been getting arthritis all over, i have bright yellow spots on my tounge and its also cracked, i have really pale skin with big dark circles under my eyes, and my skin doesnt seem to heal as well as it used to from acne and minor cuts and things.

I went to the site you requested linda R (http://www.aarda.org/ American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association ) Its says Chrones disease is an autoimmune disease and ive had chrones for about 4 years now, but ive never had symptoms like this before. If it was my chrones wouldnt my intestines be acting up too because they feel fine.

Instead of arthritis could you be aching all over? Are you running a low grade fever? Is it yellow under your tongue, under your arm pits, the whites of your eyes? Do you feel fatigued? As in literally dragging your butt? You may have contracted hepatitis. Go to your doctor ASAP.....so he can run tests and get you on the road to recovery. Some things won't go away on their own, but it is much better to find out and take the measures necessary to be your old self again.

It sounds to me like one of the autoimmune inflammatory diseases. You need to start with your primary doctor and possbily end up at a rheumatologist. There are about 80 autoimmune diseases, many of which cause arthritis like joint pain.

I think it's time for a doctor visit with a complete check-up! Things don't seem to be lookin' to good for you right now. I'd make that appointment asap.
