Newspaper ads, flyers on car windshields, $5 palm readings (this will get them in the door), maybe hold "workshops" to get interested people in your store. Maybe sell books in your store. Good luck on your business. Call your local High School. They love to sell ads for cheap, and you could get alot of lovestricken girls your way!

Newspaper is a good idea once you have become established.
Until then, the most cost-effective way of doing it is to network through your local Metaphysical bookstores and/or coffeehouses.
