The more popular one was created by a New Orleans chef- the turducken. All three (Turkey, duck and chicken) are deboned and layered along with stuffing over the biggest skin , that of the turkey. Then the whole sewed up turkey is baked for 11 to 13 hours.

It's a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey with stuffing between the layers. Pretty good too. Happy Thanksgiving!

no idea but a turkey with a duck in it and a ham in the duck and then deep fried is called a turdunkin
