THAT'S funny.
Same theme, different jokes:
The doc told me "I've got bad news and worse news."
I said "Give me the worse news first."
Doc: "OK, you've got cancer, all over your body."
Me: "So what's the bad news"
Doc: "You've got alzheimer's".
Me: "That's not so bad"
Doc: What d'ya mean that's not so bad?"
Me: "Well, I could have cancer!"
