Two main things control your body's balance. Your inner ear or your equilibrium, and a part of your brain in the back of your head called the cerebellum. These centers tell your brain what position your head and body is in. When the fluid of your equilibrum gets disturbed, your brain gets the message that your heads in one position, when it's in another. This is what causes visual dizziness (room spinning). Your body doesn't know how you are positioned and your visual senses are effected because you brain's getting different messages. Things don't add up when you're dizzy and your body's position control centers are no longer working on the same page. A lot of this dizziness is a good sign of an inner ear problem, as well as many other conditions.

Because it isn't your eyes that make you dizzy. It is your inner ear when the fluid, in your ear, starts splashing around. Good luck. Pops
