Note: If by american holiday you mean USA, you need to get up to date with geography butterfly.

Some people will tell you that there is no equivalent in Spanish since it is not a holiday in Latin America...but IT IS A TRADITION TO EAT TURKEY FOR SOME FAMILIES THAT LIVE IN MEXICO, NEAR THE U.S. - MEXICO BORDER. In any case, that's the expression I've heard Latinos use in the U.S.
