Looks like Dale Sr. with a total of 29 wins in 76 starts, Don't remember when plates came about, but Jeff Gordon has 15 wins among active drivers..

i haven't heard of something confirming it yet i don't see it occurring for my area. Talladega and Daytona has banking greater beneficial than 30 tiers which permits speeds too large to be risk-free and not utilising a restrictor plate.. on the different hand Fontana has banking under 15 tiers that should be seen flat adequate to maintain the speeds from getting any greater. At this previous race at Fontana there have been long runs with not many cautions and diverse lapped autos. some followers appeared on the music as uninteresting. the sole reason NASCAR ought to positioned restrictor plates on the autos at Fontana is to bunch the autos up and create wrecks in hopes of coming up exhilaration.
