Hang out with your friends, catch up on what is going on with them. Also finding a new hobby doesn't hurt. Something like a crafts class or learning how to play sport doesn't hurt either. Keeping yourself busy is the key. It will make time go faster!

Try and focus on their return and what you will do together when that person returns again. It is natural to miss someone who you hold dear, but thinking of positive things will make their absence a bit easier to bear.

ahh...the timeless question, really.
hmm...it's difficult.
first, you just need to give yourself time to grieve for the person you are missing. then, go out and enjoy some of your favorite activities...things that won't completely remind you of times shared with them. then gradually let yourself do things that WILL remind you of them, and you will find that you don't miss them as much. best of luck.

keep yourself busy hang out with fam and friends. excercise, go to church stay busy and focus on other things. do something good and kind for someone other than yerself that'll make u feel bettr. lol

try going shopping spending time with other friends and once that person that youve been missing comes back its all good

I allow myself a period to miss them (to play sad songs, to write sad poetry) then I put it all away and focus on moving on. that way I get my grief period but I don't let it consume me.
