I'd say screw the best friend, they say boyfriends will come and go, but friends will stay forever, well I say, if he makes you happy, and meets your standards, it doesn't matter what your friend thinks ok? she probably just doesn't want you to have a boyfriend because she doesn't have one, (if applicable), i have seen it done before. Also, don't mix up true love with puppy love, and be careful your not just in love with the thought of being in love, instead of him. It's also good for him to think he is under you, that way he feels he has to work harder to keep your love, instead of men who think they are too good, and treat you like dirt, ok? It's always best to have it so your man knows that he is lucky to have you.

First of all...your friend if it is your REAL friend will not interfere in your relationship, your friend can give you a tip, listen to you, maybe give you an advise but never put your boyfriend against you.
On the other hand your boyfriend needs to know that you love him, just explain that to him, take a good conversation, and if it is possible talk with them both together...maybe in that way everybody fell happy...

First of all, your so called friend is not a friend and I wouldn't worry about losing that friendship. Sit down and have a talk with him and see if you can straighten things out. If he chooses to believe her then he doesn't really love you, he would consider the source and reason why she said that. It sounds like he has low self-esteem. You need to prove to him that you are good enough for him by reinforcing the reason why you love him .

If you love them then your best friend has to respect your life. The question is "Why does your friend feel your too good for him". Sometimes no matter how much you love a person you have to way out your pros and your cons.

Well if you actually think you ARENT better than him, then show your best friend the guy you see. And if that doesnt work... just remember that you can get a friend back easier and a boyfriend takes more time to fix the problem.

dont listen to your friend if you really love him. Shes probably jealous or something like that. If she says anything just tell her that you love him and dont care if hes good enough or not, thats your opinion not hers. And tell your bf that he good enough for you, or you would have never gone out with him.

Well first your friend should choose what's good for you or what's bad. And if you like him and he likes you, just talk to your friend and tell her that your happy with him and your not going to leave him no matter what.

try to go places with both of them, but not too much. if you really love him then try to make sure he knows but doesnt feel overconfident.then tell your bestfriend that you feel like hes the one and that you need his/her support in being happy and that you will never forget about her/him. i know this from experience, good luck!

don't lose your best friend, just make sure that you still hang out with your best friend and don't spend all of your time with your boyfriend, otherwise you will lose your bestfriend and you will regret that

your best friend has no right to interfear with your relationship. if he continues to do this, then he isn't really a best friend. tell him that you appreciate his advise now and then, but that he has no right to confront your bf.
