That smooth plastic skin look is most often accomplished in Adobe Photoshop. Or through actions that work with Photoshop. Or you could try a soft focus filter, not quite the same look.

Judging from your questions, before you start shooting "fashion", you need to read your camera manual. While you're at it, buy a good book on beginning photography. Those two things will accomplish much more than anything you'll see on Yahoo Answers

If your camera is filter capable.. you can buy a skin filter at any camera supplyer.. for a reasonable price.. IF your camera does not have a detachable lens or filter option. you can also pick up a '''plastic tub'' that also you can find at any camera supplyer and attach that to you camera's lens the, attach whatever filter you have..

The ''platic tube'' has to fit with you cameras lens.. you check them first or ask the people at the store , if the tube adapter will fit and work with your camera.
