Does anyone know where I can find wallpaper boarders with keys or locksmithing on them ??

Why not make your own? You could carve craft foam into rubber stamps, or make stencils from mylar, paint a stripe along the top of the room and then go along with your stamps or stencils. Or, find a magazine picture of each thing, scan and print copies, and cut them out & decoupage along the top. You may even be able to stamp with a key. Or, if you have enough old keys, just glue them all along the painted stripe, or pound in tiny finish nails little hooks and hang the keys.
