Well Those who do it are not even Muslims from their hearts...
Thse are the people who are brainwashed by some terrorist organizations who are actually against Islam...
Who want to insult Islam & give Islam a bad name....
So they kidnap poor muslim teenagers, & train[brainwash] them for years & just make them agree that if they blow them selves up, the will get heaven & their family will be supported financially for lifetime......
So actually the point is that as Allah has given humans FREE WILL, he does what he wants....
& he trains people to blow themselves in the name of GOD which is totally against Islam...
All this is just scam ....
there are people other than Muslims who r doing all this naming Muslims do it....
Its a big conspiracy against Islam....

You have to have a reference for this question. And I will help you. Allah as opposed to Who? Allah is GOD. That is what the Christians call God and this is where a lot of brainwashed westerners break from reality.
You have to investigate the concept of God and why Anybody for that matter dies. It is not just an isolated incident particular to Muslims. Otherwise when George Bush declared War against Evil, You wont expect any Americans to die would you, given that GWB got his instruction from God?
But to answer part of your question from a Christian point of view, which is what Allah or God is all about too, is that God did not offer salvation on earth and it is stupid to seek it here.

It is not the will of Allah (swt) it's the choice of the individual who is willing to do such things, as you have mentioned.
Allah (swt) is merciful and forgiving without any doubt whatsoever!

God is merciful because He forgives those who repent and ask to be forgiven. Allah means God in arabic .I don't know why you must criticise God when you can just criticise the language?
You should ask ,Why God or the term you prefer to use here 'Allah' Why Allah let the German kill the jews ? Why Allah let the Zionist kills millions of innocent lives? Why Allah created you?
God have his own reason to do this. I am guessing is God is testing us . Are we worthy of being in His heaven

i agree with the gadfly and want to say that Allah does not tell you what to do he gives you choices and a Brain to use and then it;s up to you, and about the people blowing themselves up what would you do if you were in their plce, huh , every day children, women , men and even old people are dying
they're trying to scare their enemies, but i don;t think it;s working though
