THE ONLY CORRECT ANSWER IS A LABIAL PHILTRUM OTHERWISE KNOWS AS A CUPIDS BOW. IT DEFINITELY IS NORMAL AND DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT-LOOKING PHILTRUMS.

Cleft lip is due 2 many abnormalities due 2 non-fusiion on premaxila during development of maxilla.
Tere r many types of cleft lip.
Overall its a developmental abnormality n can b treated by cosmetic plastic surgery..

It's supposed to catch the mucus when you have a runny nose, to keep it from running into your mouth.
