What your refering to is most likely new hair growing in. Because it's the most exposed to the elements, the hair around our faces is the easiest to break off. Chemical treatments (coloring, perming, relaxing) can cause the hair to break off, and certain medications or medical treatments can also cause alot of breakage. Even a bad hairbrush can cause your hair to break off.

After breakage, when your hair starts to grow back, you see those annoying little baby hairs that are fine, frizzy, and usually bug the hell out of you! Best thing to do is just be patient until they grow out, and take steps to avoid causing further breakage. In the meantime, try a serum or smoothing creme on them to make them lay down. Good luck!

Buy Garnier Fructis Style shine water-based shine wax. It is kind of like a stong gel. It works very well to keep baby hairs down. It works very well and you can find it at target or a grocery store.
