Smoothie's. I've done this numerous times. I take whatever fruit I have on hand and put it in a blender with some ice cubes and either a bit of juice, milk, or yogurt. Blend until smooth. You can also add some wheat germ in as well(to make it a bit more nutritious)

Mine is now 2 1/2 but when she was a year old she loved to drink them. Now we make chocolate banana smoothies.

Try homemade muffins. We make banana apple muffins.

Also keep trying fresh fruit. It can take up to 10 tries before a child actually takes to liking it.

try starting with other alternatives: fruit juice, apple sauce, etc. That way, he can get a little fruit without realizing it, lol. Also, try different fruits, and make sure they are cut up nicely so they don't overwhelm. Also try giving him something exciting to dip it in: chocolate sauce, cool whip, pudding, yogurt, etc.

yes, try peeling apples and carving faces on it. or just be creative with the fruit don't just give it to him. or have a fruit lunch day where both of you all you eat is fruit for lunch.

+Smoothies

+get a juicer at bed bath and beyond and once a day line up a few fruits on the counter and let him pick any one or couple that he wants. then put it in the juicer and he gets to drink his "creation"!

+ put thin slices in the middle of a sandwich.

+put tiney chunks in vanilla pudding or yogurt.

+ put shredded cheese on it and melt it, then let him pick up the pieces with gooey and eat them.

+ sprinkle brown sugar on small pieces.
