to keep it off you have to make a lifestyle change no going back to eating whatever, first would should find out how many grams of fat and calories you are eating and then reduce it it doesn't have to be by much as long as it is reduce, next you should start doing a lot of cardio maybe about 4 times a week, swimming, running power walking, these two things along will make you lose weight if you want to take it a step further doing weightlifting will aid in getting rid of fat faster as well as eating more healthier foods, just bewared that what ever you do you have to stick to it or all of the fat is just going to come right back

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

You can reduce belly fat by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

the only way to lose fat off your stomach is to lose fat off your entire body. You can't spot reduce, meaning you can't reduce fat off just one chosen part on your body. You need to do total body caridio exercises, such as running, swimming, etc. You will shed fat off your entire body.
