i wanted to know if holding a sneeze can cause you to burst a vein even death?

While holding a sneeze you very well can hurt yourself. You can burst a veing in your face or even cause bruising. When you sneeze the air is being forced out at over 100 mph!!! Trying to retain that burst of air can be dangerous...though not deadly.

I dont know about you, but i have found it very hard to hold in a sneeze. If you have to sneeze then you are going to... you really cant hold it
But why would you want to hold in a sneeze?A sneeze is your nose's way of coughing! Both coughs and sneezes keep dust, viruses, and other particles out of your breathing passages. Do you want to keep it in your system?

Hmmm My sneezes are so intense. I think I may get a bad headache if I ever tried to hold it back. I bet it could cause some physical harm.

It could make you pop a blood vessel somewhere.. or something. I DO KNOW FOR SURE that it's not good for you. Those sneezes are really strong, and holding it in can cause serious harm.

this is gonna go off subject but it has to do with ur subject...i have trouble breathing throuhg y nose when i lay down and at night i cant breath through my nose so i sleep with my mouth open...but when i wake up the next day all i can do is sneeze and because i get mucus frum it i dont wanna sneeze and then have snot and mucus *** outta my nose frum when i sleep at night and it builds up...and that is why i cant breathe laying down...so at night i sneeze in my sleep and i sneeze and im used to holding it and my ears pop lyk crazy but it gets rid of the mucus....but it is bad when it cums to alergies ...they can get worse...sowwi for telling u my nasty story but i wuz giving u an example of why a person lyk me might hold in my sneeze

Not sure, my wife says it does and goes crazy when i hold a sneeze.

It can be dangerous! As you are attempting to stop an automatic response of your body.Why hold it? let it go! It's only natural.
