Cut more calories.
And if you're not - eat breakfast. It actually makes a difference.
Try sit ups too.

Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat, it is more dense. 12 ounces of fat weighs the same as 12 ounces of muscle...there's just a lot more fat on the plate than there is muscle, get it?? This is what leads to a firm and toned body.
Try a different approach. You need protien to build muscle. Peanut butter, beans, eggs, milk...if you eat the WRONG foods, you won't get the results you so desire.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Instart of cutting, replace it with organic fruits and vegetables. They fill you up just the same, but they're mainly water, and you'll obviously get hungry again sooner, but then just eat more fruits. And instead of weight training, i recommend just fitness, like jogs and walks. And when you're watching TV, instead of popping a pack of chips, do some situps or leg raises.

Midsection has to do with specific exercises. Check out those things you need to do separately just for that problem area.

Sounds like you're doing the right things. Don't forget to drink lots of water too. If you've had this extra weight for a while, then it'll be harder to shift. Give it time and don't give up, it'll happen!!!

Just because you lessen your calorie intake doesn't mean you'll lose weight. You need to burn more calories than you take in. If you take in 10500 calories a week, you need to burn significantly more than that.
