i am training for my next tournament and want to start lifting weights because my arms are kind of flabby and i was tired after doing a two day tournament(on foot). does anyone know anything good to do?

u just need to improve your indurance, the more u play and walk 18 holes, the better u'll get at it. remember to eat good snacks while playing to keep your energy up.

well at some golf shops they have a weight that looks like a club and u can practise ur swing
