.....even though i cancelled them, they are continually charging me. i heard you should not report your ccard stolen, rather lost to keep your credit rating in good check. is that right?

Just contact the creditor and let them know that this company does not have authorization to debit, ask for a new card with a new account number, then dispute the past charges you dissagree with.

Write a letter to your credit card company and let them know that the charges are fraudulent, if you have not authorized them. I would also send a certified letter to the company who is making the charges and let them know that you have notified them of the fraudulent charges being made by them to your card.

I would call your credit card company and tell them to stop payment to the company which is charging you.

Just tell your bank to stop the charges when they try, or open a new bank account and close down the old one.

u don't neccessarily have to report it lost just tell them u think someone may have gotten ur cc information and they will cancel ur current card # and issue a new one no problem .
