Whenever I try to watch a video in Firefox, my quicktime player won't play it and it shows this picture: http://i15.tinypic.com/2drdwgh.gif

It works fine in Internet Explorer, any idea why?

You would need to install the plugin in Quicktime to be used with firefox... Usually by default firefox will ask you if you would like to install the plugin....

Try updating your firefox, its under TOOLS or HELP in firefox...

Then try visiting the site again, it should ask you to install quicktime...

Or just go to http://www.quicktime.com and download the latest version, it should plug right into mozilla automatically.

Hello matty_69_2002,

Quicktime has had so many updates, it's almost hard to keep up with it. Like has been said before, try to download the latest versions of Firefox and Quicktime and then see if you can get the new plugins.

Good luck.
