I have legal guardianship of our nephew(husband&myself) since he was 3mths old and now he is 4yrs old from the court and dyfs.But my niece has 2 other children and lost her parental rights from the court and now she is sayin she wants my baby.And she does not have her life togther yet.She did get apt but has the same young man living with her who stabbed her up and also she only works 2days a week @ Applebee's.PLS SOMEONE EASE MY MIND I CAN'R LOSS MY BABY.

You aren't in any immediate danger of losing your "baby". The fact that you have had this child for the majority of it's life speaks volumes to the courts. That you were and are the appointed legal guardian also speaks volumes.
Think on a more simple level....she works two days a week at Applebees. She does not have the means to pursue you in a legal battle for this child. With a good lawyer on your side...you will win by default because she cannot afford the legal road your lawyer takes her down.

If your niece lost her parental rights to two other children there is no way she will be able to get your niece back. For your piece of mind go talk to a lawyer or the case worker you have at CPS. Best of luck to you.

i could choose for adoption. in spite of if the choose is in choose of kinfolk they could be questioning why the kinfolk would not choose for to maintain all 3 infants at the same time. maximum judges are in choose of no longer splitting siblings up if in any respect achieveable. you should tell your lawyer each little thing. The courts must be attentive to what those all and sundry is extremely like.
