Yes, you can put oil over latex, but you can't put latex over oil, unless you prime again using a special primer.

Oil is wicked, why dont you use a good kitchen or bath paint? They are just as good and don't smell nearly as horrid.

I believe so. But the latex over oil thing doesn't work. I think.

You can, but you need a primer to do it. Sherwin Williams has some excellent products.
