Just take it that way, if it was making relationship fade, we would not have any long lasting relationship, would we?

This depends. If your relationship is based solely on sex, than it will definately fade, and it is only a matter of time. What i mean by this statement is that if yoru relationship is being held together by sex, and you would break up without it, than it will fade. If your relationship is based on love, than sex does, in fact, make it warmer and more enjoyable, as well as being rewarding and interesting, and pleasurable for both you and your partner.

My opinion is that it goes both ways because if you have it too much then it will fade in a short time period unless there are other activities also it can help the relationship because you and your partner become more close.

Chemically for a woman, it makes her love you. For a guy, it makes it fade (at least the first time). This is not always true by any means, but it can be taken as a general rule of thumb.

Mostly fades, if you were really close all the timew/o sex. Then when you finally do have sex, then thats all he/she will want. Eventually, you will crave for more sex, and with different people; so my advice is keep the relationship real, till you get married.

It will add depth and warmth; but for a long term continuation it takes more than good old s e x ... it takes good communication skills and a willingness to give and well as take!
Good luck
