There is something that your body automaticcally produces called "melatonin" if you cant sleep you can find this in your drug store. it is not addicting and they even can give it to infants bc of the way how its just like something that your body doesnt produce enough of . you can go to www.webmd.com and search melatonin to get more information on it

I'm not an advocate of drugs for sleep and I've tried this and it works for me when I have insomnia. When you're lying in bed, your mind is probably going crazy with thoughts about everything and anything. First, start thinking about your toes and actually feel them touching the covers. I know it sounds corny but stay with me :) Then count to 10, deep breath, exhale. Do the same thing with your ankles, your knees, your fingers, elbows, shoulders, neck, nose...etc. I guarantee within a few minutes you'll probably be asleep. I guess it's really just a form of meditation to get your mind off your troublesome thoughts and into relaxation mode. Hey, what does it hurt to try? Good luck!!

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I've heard the rozerem is good too. Also try eating carbs before going to bed. When I am on a low carb diet I have trouble falling asleep.
