You are probably stressed out about something. Is there anything that has been bothering you latly because if there is I would suggest you talk to a friend or someone close to you about it. Once you resolve the problem you will probably be able to sleep again. And if thats not it and really have no clue why this is happening I would talk to a doctor about it.

how old are you?
anything on your mind?
normally stress is the cause of not being able to sleep. now not knowing why you are having sleeping problems can cause you even more stress.
is your sleeping arrangement the same? change in temperature maybe? excited for the holidays?
make your room very calm, get into a sleeping routine. i always try and zone out - try naming all the musicians you can that start with the letter T....and no caffeine!
call your dr if you still feel you aren't getting enough sleep.
feel better!

Are you feeling tired? If not you are probably manic and need to see a doctor.
Taking a melatonin suppliment may help. Excercise in the morning and not in the evening.

I had this comparable issue for months. i found myself so perplexed i grew to become into wandering out into site visitors. Its not easy to describe, yet you will adjust to it and start up snoozing in many circumstances back after a era of a few months.

Have you been on any medications? Have any mood swings, up and downs from time to time. Sometimes episodes of manic can render one unable to sleep. You really should seek medical advise from your primary physician as soon as possible.
