Are you wearing a belt when you lift?,and are you lifting with a straight back?. It sound like you may have a Hernia, stop lifting and see a Doctor.

Maybe you should get a *jockstrap that supports your testicles. It sounds like you might be straining the muscles around the area. If I were you, I would definitely stop lifting weights and check it out with the doctor.

*A jockstrap, also known as a jock or athletic supporter, is a type of men's undergarment designed for use in sports or other activities, such as during the recovery from a vasectomy. They are sometimes worn by some people as general, everyday underwear.

A typical jockstrap consists of a wide elastic waistband with a support pouch and two straps extending from the base of the pouch around the buttocks (which it does not cover, unlike briefs or boxers) to attach to the waistband. The pouch, in some varieties, may be fitted with a pocket to hold an impact resistant cup or box to protect the testicles from injury.

You should see a doctor but try to lay of the weight lifting. Do you lift weights often? If, so limit it to like, twice a week. Your testicles hurt because in the process, you pulled or strained a muscle or ligament, you could have even torn a muscle! If the problem persists, consult a doctor or physician.

Do a self examination... feel your 'nuts'. If you feel anything out of the ordinary then go see a doctor... TODAY!
You should go see a doctor anyways as pain in the testicles is something that should not be ignored! If you have something wrong and its diagnosed earlier rather than later you could save yourself a lot of grief!!

Oh... and a hernia wouldn't cause pain in the testicles. Trust me i've had a double hernia removed when i was younger and it causes pain more over your kidney area.

I think you pulled a groin muscle OR you have a hernia.

Lay off for a while--at least a week--put a heating pad on it for a 1/2 hour a day and take ibuprofen.
If it doesnt get better in 2 weeks, then see a doctor.

1) you could have strained your back, upper mid abs, or the muscles in your upper-inner thigh because you can feel that type of pain in your testicles.

2) You might be wanking too much or not enough. Exercise makes men extra horny (or so studies prove).

do a testicular exam, it's easy, feel your nuts in the shower, if they are soft in all areas then you do not need to see a doc, if you feel a lump (like girls with their breasts) then go see a doc.

I think you just strained an inner thigh muscle but i could be wrong

Off to the doctor young man! You have probably strained yourself with the weights. But to be on the safe side get your local G.P. to check that it's not something more serious! Don't worry, your be o.k. And have a good day!

Definitely see a Dr. If you don't have a hernia (and I'd expect you'd know it) you might have a back problem that is affecting the sacral nerves (S-1 thru S-5). Obviously you can't go on like this, so get it checked out...and treated.

I am not a guy, but it sounds like a hernia. Have a doctor check it out. The sooner you see a doctor the faster it will get better.

Sounds like strain and over exertion. You should only lift wieghts every other day to not injure your muscles. Pulled muscle in groin area is going to be my thought.
