We do turkey for Thanksgiving, Ham for Xmas.

Ham is better for holiday leftovers IMO.

Neither. Holiday meals are simply a matter of personal choice. Myself, I like a good roast beef on Christmas. Some others like goose or duck. I've even heard of lasagna on Christmas. What's best is having your favorite, no matter what it is.
