I have had this happen to me, so i speak from personal experience. When a guy has his heart broken, it is the worst feeling imaginable. He feels lost, scared, alone, worthless, and completely shattered in body, heart, mind, and soul. He is sure of almost nothing (although he often puts on a public persona to let people think that he is okay), when in reality, he is very sad and very down. Depending on what happened, he may never take you back.........The heartbreak could have been more than he could bear. For breaking his heart, you have lost his trust, as well.. You must rebuild this trust little by little, and you must show him that you will not break his heart again. He must be convinced that his heart and soul is safe within yours , that his name is safe within your lips. This will be very hard for you to accomplish............You must help to rebuild his heart, his soul, his mind, his confidence, his love, and his trust, among so many other things. Give him a new (and true this time) sense of security.

By looking smoking hot, at the same time as moving on. And I mean really moving on, not just pretending. Start spending time having fun with other guys and gals.

If he still likes you, then go and tell him. If he hates you, then apologise and if that doesnt work then move on. You broke his heart, now you suffer.

Be a friend first be patient , admit fault be long-suffering. take his bullshit. or give up.
