What questions do you ask on a first date to understand their personality?

Question

I usually ask
1) "If someone had an eyebooger or some other form of schlop on their face, do you tell them or just leave it there?"
and
2) "If you were getting me a beer and there was only 3 bottles left in the 6 pack, would you consider it half full or half empty"

I'm trying to think of new or different questions and I could use your help?

you can see what that person values in life and i think that says alot about a person.

but yeah i agree with the guy above, unless you're on a speed date or something don't pile on too many of these type of questions.....you wanna just try to have a good time and see if you click on the first time

dude, how long does your conversation last, talk about something interesting, get her attention, those questions seem plain and boring and will lead to silence and unnatraction, seriously step your game up
