Using the Reasonable Person approach:
Over 50 people responded, negatively, when you asked about breast feeding your niece. So essentially breast feeding your family and friends would also get a negative vote. That is, if you were reasonable, and if this were a real question and if you were not such a flawed individual.

What is the matter, with you?? Are you mad or insane ? Good grief, what will you think up next? You name shouldn't be lil Angel, it should be lil Nut cake. How would you like to go to a friends house and eat macaroni and cheese ant then after you gobbled it up, be told by your hostess that she pumped her breast and used that milk ?? You are the worse hostess a human being could be exploited to. Even if you don't have a disease , and your a virgin, before marriage, You are one arrogant Nut cake.

You're losing it! Your questions are starting to be really truly lame. What is this, question 50 or something? I have yet to figure out if your a woman, girl, man, boy, what, but I know you're messing around.
And by the way, you don't make macaroni and cheese with water, so I have to doubt that you're someone who cooks on a regular basis, contrary to the persona you are trying to portray in your stupid questions.
But to answer your question, keep it to yourself.

I wouldn't tell anyone about it. A lot of people get grossed out by even the thought. Next time, though, use Mayo or Sour Cream.
But on another note, I wouldn't serve my child anything I wouldn't eat myself. I have tasted my own milk, and found that if it was marketed, I would drink it compared to cow's milk.

Well, if i was going to someones house and they had made something with breastmilk then i would want to know. If it's just your family coming over then i think you should tell them. They probably wont even care and will still eat it anyways. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Well although your milk may be perfectly safe to drink - it is perhaps still NOT a plan to ruthlessly honest with your dinner companions about this.
Having said that I know someone who served a lemon sorbet made with lemon juice and urine - he was annoyed with several friends who had let him down - so invited them all to a meal :)
Again, urine is sterile (unless you have an infection) butmost people would still rather not partake.

I don't think you should serve the mac and cheese because personally, I think that is super nasty. Breast milk is meant only for your child, not for your family! If you did not have milk at home, you shouldn't have bothered making the casserole dish in the first place. That's my opinion. Don't serve it, that way you don't have to say anything.

That is very funny . If you really did this, then the next time someone offers you a cup of apple juice, think to yourself, did they pee in this?
Putting your body fluids in a recipe is not good. Yes, I would tell everyone that shows up for dinner tomorrow, unless you decide to play a really bad joke and don't tell them.

Ahaha. Have you ever heard of the saying "Somethings are better off unsaid", or "What they don't know, won't hurt". I mean it's not like your a disease, and plus if you are to tell them it could casue a stir, they don't know difference, so just don't bother. Happy feast!

Honey you can't pump that much breast milk. These are BS questions and I don't who you are or what you are but you are getting weirder everyday. Don't believe any of it.
