I am sorry to here this, Bone marrow transplants are common and there is realy no risk for the donor ! but you have to consult the doctor to see if you are a match and if you are, are you in condition to donate! I am sorry about your cousin! Chances are some one in your family will have the correct type! even though bone marrow has a good success rate. It is not 100% and may or may not work!!

I hope I was of help!

if you want to be a marrow doner, than first talk to your parents, her parents, and set up an appointment to check your blood type, and all that other stuff to see if you are a match.
No one deserves to have cancer. My best friend was diagnosed with cancer and she is a SURVIVOR. I prayed for her every night, and even after her recovery I prayed for her. I will do the same for you and your cousin.
You are a very loving person and your cousin is probably thankful to have someone in her life like you.
I will pray for your cousin and tell anyone else I know to also pray for her. I do not go to church, but I will put out the word.

to get tested i would think that you just need to go to the doctor and have him test you and if you really care about your cousin then i would not think for a second whether it would hurt if i could be a donor and a family member had a problem then i would do it.

the doctors are qualified to answer this, and i know what its like, i go to church, im a decent person, but recently i broke my fibula, tibula, and ankle, **** happens, but you just gotta live with it, but if she does die, just know she would be spared alot of trouble, supposidly a prophecy was made about the popes, it gave little hints on what the pope would be, explained a little about them, no names, but so far its been right, and this pope is short reigned, the next pope would imitate pope john paul ll and after that, revelations... not lookin foward to the apocalypse... ah well.. what can ya do?
