I cant find or afford lots of things such as mugwort dragons blood and so on. I want a spell to make someone obsessed with someone else or a strong love spell.

Best love spell ever...
Run a bath of warm water and add sevral drops of lavender, rose or jasmine oil. Soak for at least 15 minutes and then shower, being sure to wash well with scented soap and shampoo.
Get out of the shower, dry and style your hair. Brush your teeth.
Dress in your best clothing and go out to public place like a club or party. Be sure to talk with a lot of different people there. Really listen to what they say. Have a good time.
Repeat
Repeat
Repeat as many times as it takes.
There is no better love spell than just getting out and getting a life. Don't fixate on one person. Life is too short to find out the person your with only wants you because you played games with their free will.

While I'm opposed to using a spell for love, especially one that steals his free will, I'll offer you this: the most powerful spell is the one you write yourself.

sweetie, you don't want a man who you have to spell to get. If you have to manipulate him to get his body and his mind to be yours, then this guy isn't worth it. Find one who wants to be with you so much that you are all he thinks of.
A love spell can be formed without expensive ingredients. But....trust someone who knows what they are, and how they are created. You want instead to learn to stand tall and brave, strong and magnificent. And you will have to beat them off with a stick there will be so many to pick from! Sweetie, there is no such spell. Anyone who tries to tell you there is, is full of...well, I'm going to be polite and not tell you what they're full of. I'm sure you can figure it out. The only type of "love spell" is one that's intended to make visible unacknowledged feelings- if someone is already secretly in love with someone else, there are supposedly spells that can reveal that. But there are no spells that can make someone fall in love.
