If you are very skinny it might just be that you have to eat more food. Otherwise exercise your butt muscles. Many things will do: Running, cycling, walking (especially uphill) etc. The fastest way will probably be to start using suitable exercise maschines in a fitness center (just go to a fitness center, say what you want and they can make a program for you). There are also exercises you can do at home on the floor (like lying on your back on the floor with your legs somewhat bent and lifting up the middle part of the body only by squeezing the butt muscles - very hard in the beginning, but very effective). Unfortunately that kind of floor exercises tend to do harm to your back in the long run or at lest they have to be accompanied by some exercises which strengthens the back.

Big butts does NOT = fat. I'd say just be happy with your butt. What if your soulmate likes smaller butts and then he meets you and have have a big butt? Wouldn't want that, now would you? So just be happy with wutcha got.

I knew my lower body was weak, but had no idea how badly! My body is balancing out and I can actually see my butt in jeans now. Great stuff.

Trust me you don't want to have a big butt!I am 24 years old girl,I am pear shaped with really big,fat butt and men don't like it.Boys hate fat girls with big butts!You should be happy for having a small rear.

depends...in or out of clothes....

1.you could eat a bunch of protein and carbs and work out and then your butt would get bigger.
2. Wear padded underwear.

what you can do is sit straight and avoid leaning. Practise it everyday you can get a bigger butt like j lo . May God bless you.
