Yes. Bruce Lee was a martial artist to the point where he invented his own form of fighting (Jeet Kun Do). Jet Li is not a fighting martial artist, he knows Wushu, which is more of an acrobatic martial art designed for flair and performance. Hence why Jet Li is more entertaining to watch in movies, but Bruce Lee is the more respected martial artist.

Probably. Unlike Jet Li, Bruce Lee learned to fight in the streets, not in some exhibition academy. Bruce Lee didn't just rest with Kung Fu, he studied everything from Arnis, to fencing to boxing. He can knock a guy down with a punch just one inch away from its target. He doesn't go for flare like jet li. In a real fight he likes quick movements that doesn't involve looking good.

If the scriptwriter wrote it that way, sure. Come on, they're *actors.*

Seriously, though, although BLee trained like a maniac, Jet Li likely would have him beat hands down in overall agility -- and agility is a seriously underrated quality in a fight.
