I am trying to find out who the name of the artist is who does work like this.

That was a tatoo but I know I have seen many paintings like that & we learned about him in one of my classes at school but I can not remember his name for anything. If anyone could help out, that would be great. Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure as to whom the artist is, but it does resemble the style of work by Jasmine Becket-Griffith. You can check her out at www.strangeling.com

You might be thinking of Margaret Keane or her ex-husband Walter, but there are others as well. Here's a website that tells about the different artists.
