What do you think about that??? Does it sound good or not? I am making pies for the big day tomorrow. My family likes Choc Cream and Coconut, but I haven't put them together before. Is it a good idea? Please let me know what you think.

Mmmm I think this sounds fantastic. I think if you toasted the coconut it would make it even better... the nutty sweetness mixed with the chocolate... I'm going to have to try this. Good luck with it!

easy recipe for that (and yes it sounded so good im making one now lol)
Use a frozen or grahm cracker crust. use instant chocolate pudding following recipe for pie... mix in your coconut. leave in fridge for a few hours...
in a bowl add one container of cool whip and gently fold in some hersheys syrup. ( this tastes awesome) spread on your cooled pie and sprinkle some coconut and shaved chocolate on top _OR_

make a chocolate cake ( 2 round layers) mix up some vanilla pudding and add coconut. (add less milk than what is called for in pudding directions so its thick let it set up in fridge) spread the pudding between the two layers of cake. take one can of chocolate frosting and put in microwave for about 25 seconds (so its pourable) dump the frosting on the cake and let it drip over the side (you can help it along with a knife so you get an even, pretty cake) i make the second recipe in different variations ( i.e: strawberry cake banana pudding, choc cake banana pudding, cherry cake chocolate pudding... its limitless) hope these help out
