i wouldn't leave. i obey the law. i don't like being dishonest. i tell the truth. so it would be hard for my own country to kick me out. I've never had a driving ticket. but if i had to leave America because of some tragic disaster i would go to Australia, great country.

There is a difference between LEGAL & ILLEGAL. Legal means you followed the rules & did every thing by the letter of the law. Illegal means you sneaked into the counrty ( usally in the dark of the night). taking things that do not belong to you( thief). You should leave the country. If it was me & I came here ( for whatever reason) illegaly I would be upset ,loseing all those FREE benifits. But I would be MORE upset if I were legal & I had to leave just because some of my countrymen broke the law.The bleeding hearts say we are a blessed country & we should not be upset about sharing a little of it with those who are less forunate . I I do not mind sharing with a person who is LEGAL but I hate giving to people who do not deserve it by not living up to our laws. People call me a hard a** but that is how I feel It is my right//

But every day we are paying to educate their children and provide health care etc. Why should we have to keep doing it?

What they did was not a 'one time harm', it is an ongoing drain.

I wouldnt want to go, even if I murdered. I would not want to go. but you see, its not up to me, its up to the society I am a part of and their rules.

do the crime, do the time (or be expelled)

loaded question, but thats my take on it.
