I'm friend with this one guy and he and me always are like that.
but we are both very flirty its always a billions hug, i love yous, and today i'm gonna miss you so much!

it means he's grown fond of you and wants you to ask him out, since he can't ask you out with the thought of rejection lingering in his mind, he wants you to do it. And plus maybe he just really does mean that he's going to miss you, theres nothing wrong with saying that is there?!

It means he's going to miss you! Haha aww, it's kind of cute, it obviously means he likes you, maybe he wanted you to say "Aww, me too, do you want to do anything together" Guys can act like girls sometimes when they want girls to ask them out, but who knows. He obviously likes you, but you have to look at the other signs to see what type of liking it is.

I would say that either he likes/loves you, or he is just a very friendly person. I know someone who is like that, except he does that to MY girlfriend.
