Lets say U find Urself likeing/loveing someone and U find out that he/she isn't what or who U thought they was but U are still attracted to them. Being in love or likeing someone is a joke :(

and trying to be happy
No Man turns out as u expected.. trust me.. u may catch husband of 3 years in bed with someone else
boyf of 6 years also in bed with the neighbor and found out he actually did his wifes bridesmaid on his wedding night.. sick
One may have weird addictions
Other is Abuser
One u have caught doing so many things lost count..
Maybe no one will ever be what we expect??
But we still have to hope and enjoy life and pray.

Alot of people experience this, myself included..I think your staying with the one that hurts you because its familiar. Your used to this and while that familiarity may feel good it wont help you feel settled infact, what your really doing is settling for less. You have to know both in your head and heart that you deserve someone who will treat you right once you can admit that hopefully you'll move on to better pastures. Once you give a nice guy a chance you'll be kicking yourself in the butt and wondering why you stayed with someone so damaging for so long and you'll realize what you've been missing out on this whole time.

a person can't do anything to you unless you let them do it or unless you let them into your heart but before you get attached you should always do your home work ask question about the person cause some one know of them or her and has been around good luck

Been there done that. I guess its because your in love with the person you thought they were. Its hard to relize that someone you love is not who you think they are.

1) you commit emotionally too soon.. get to know the person before you make that commitment.
2) you will get to know them eventually anyway, for better or worse.
- it's much less painful if you haven't committed.
