my brother recently ordered a few shirts and found the print to be too small.
It's hard to tell exactly how it will look once you get it. I would search for a custom T print shop in a mall. You get a better feel for how it looks, and they are definately cheaper.

Go for it. My son has a page on Cafepress and we ordered some cups and t-shirts to help him--not bad stuff.
