Reda,
Running can do nasty things to your body, despite the fact that it is a great exercise for the body and mind.
Did you change your shoes recently?
Did you do a sudden increase in intensity, terrain or distance?
How is your form? If you are running straight (not leaning), that can cause back and stomach pain.

I think you should go to the doctor. And have the doctor press on your stomach. Make sure everything seems normal. It could be a hernia starting. Let him check your lower back. Maybe back strain. If something hurts, that signals our bodies something can be not right. Or letting us know we are over doing it. Try not to run for a day or two. See if you still have the pain. And if you want to try something real fattening to eat. And if get pain in right side and upper shoulder. It could be gall bladder. Well see your doctor. And I hope you feel better. One more thing if you have stomach pains in lower belly. It could be a appendicitis trying to start. They cause stomach aches. Mine did!

It quite depends on whether you maybe sexually vigorous or now not.... If you're and that you may also even remotely be pregnant, i would get to the health center so they are ready to check to see if you're littered with an ectopic being pregnant. Should you happen to aren't, it could be a myriad of concerns... What's the struggling like? Does it radiate? Does whatever make it higher or worse? How dangerous is the anguish (1-10)?

I make sure i don't eat anything for at least 2 hrs before my run, and any dairy for at least 4. Strengthening your core muscles will reduce the stress on your lower back so it doesn't hurt. This will also hold all your internal muscles more steady while you run because the muscles are tighter around them. This has helped me. I also go to the toilet before I run to avoid that "runner's diarrhoea" feeling. Keep at it though, your body gets use to it.

Are you prego? I you feel like something is wrong you should go to the doctor. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something. I would lay off the running and just walk until you get some answers.

Well, it sounds like you might have kidney stones... at least the symptoms sound like it.
I did a quick search. The Mayo Clinic has an article on it... see below.
