Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then cut them in half horizontally. Pop the yellow yolks into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, a squirt of mustard, maybe a sprinkle of paprika for color. Scoop the filling into the hole of the halved eggs, if you want, you can sprinkle with a little paprika for color. Yummy!

You cut hard boiled eggs in half, and remove the yolk to another bowl. Put in mayo, and some spicy brown mustard, mix it up, and then scoop some back in the egg. You can also add a can of Deviled Ham, that you can get at any grocery store. but I usually just use the mayo and mustard. sprinkle with paprika, and you done!

This is my mothers recipe:
6 hard boiled eggs peeled and halved...
1 tin of tuna, flaked
half of a small onion, minced (or 1 tablespoon powdered onion)
half cup of mayonnaise
two tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon dijon hot mustard (optional)
pinch of salt
Empty the yolks into a bowl, mash with the mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, and mustard...flake and crumble the tuna and add to the mixture, beat as smooth as possible...(if too thick, add a little more mayonnaise and another tablespoon of ketchup). Stuff each half of the whites with a spoonful of this mixture. You can adorn with a strip of pimento, or sprinkle a little paprika on top (I prefer the pimento).
I have another recipe...
Instead of the tuna, use half of a liverwurst (Oscar Mayer type liver paste) or a tin of smooth liver paté.
half cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon american type or sweet german mustard.
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce...
Mix together with the yolks until you have a smooth paste.
Spoon into the eggwhites, and adorn with a slice of sweet pickle. (or sour pickle if you prefer)
The plain deviled egg is called Mimosa Eggs by the french and is just the egg yolks with the mayonnaise and a spoon of dijon mustard, all mashed together and spooned into the eggwhites...

I think you Boil the eggs, peel the shell off, cut the egg open, take the yellow part out (keep the white part), put all egg centers in bowl, mix as much mustard and mayo. as you would like, and after you mix it all up, put all the mixed up stuff in the cut in half white part and put a little paprika on top when they are all done (optional)

You will need boiled eggs (shelled) , cut in half, pull out your center, white vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise. About 3 table spoons mayonnaise depending on how many eggs your cooking (24 halves), 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 1/2 table spoons vinegar, mix and taste for the bite of the vinegar and mustard, then spoon into your egg halves and walla!
